Following the Final [Great White Throne] Judgment in sequence will be the destruction of the present heavens and present earth (2 Peter 3:10-12) followed by the creation of the new heavens and new earth (2 Peter 3:13; Revelation 21:1). Following in sequence will be the adorning of New Jerusalem as it comes down out of Heaven onto the new earth (Revelation 21:2). The believing remnant who are still alive at the end of the thousand-year Millennium will have their mortal flesh-and-blood bodies cleansed [purified of their sin natures], preserved [protected from being physically destroyed during the new heavens and new earth re-creation process], and brought into the new earth. These believers will enter the new earth with their mortal flesh-and-blood bodies unscathed, intact, and restored to their pristine condition similar to Adam's body before his fall. These believers will make up the first generation of one thousand generations of mortal flesh-and-blood believers on the new earth. Starting with the first generation, these believers will never again exercise negative volition toward Jesus Christ. In other words, the volition of these believers will be locked into the positive polarity for the duration of the thousand generations and even into eternity future. These first-generation believers will procreate and have one thousand generations of believing descendants as part of the final dispensation, i.e., the Dispensation of the Fullness of Times (Ephesians 1:10) also known as the Dispensation of Christ or the Perfect Age. These thousand-generation believing descendants are those descendants that God had willed for Adam and Eve to beget before their fall (Genesis 1:28) but were never begotten because they fell before they ever had any offspring. These thousand-generation believing descendants are the children of perfect positive volition who will each worship Jesus Christ with perfect devotion for all eternity (1 Chronicles 16:15). They each will live forever [into eternity future] in their mortal flesh-and-blood bodies since they each will have access to the Tree of Life on the new earth. They each will eat from the Tree of Life and enjoy everlasting life in their mortal flesh-and-blood bodies that will never deteriorate, degenerate [become corrupt], or physically die (Revelation 21:4; 22:2, 14). They each will express faith alone in Christ alone and each will be perfectly positive toward Jesus Christ like their parents. Like their parents, each of their volition will also be locked into the positive polarity for the remainder of the duration of time and even into eternity future.

The Dispensation of the Fullness of Times is a period of time when perfect positive volition and everlasting life are realized, represented by one thousand generations of true, consistent worship of Jesus Christ by mortal believers who never die. The Dispensation of the Fullness of Times will end when the thousandth-generation offspring is born and expresses faith alone in Christ alone, a point of time marked off by the Omega Moment, after which begins eternity future.

Six passages in Scripture speak of the thousand-generation believers: Deuteronomy 7:9, 1 Chronicles 16:15Psalms 105:8, Exodus 20:6, Exodus 34:7, Deuteronomy 5:10. These thousand-generation believers on the new earth are distinct from believers on the present earth in that they will continue to possess their mortal flesh-and-blood bodies for all eternity while believers on the present earth, with the exclusion of the believing remnant who are still alive at the end of the thousand-year Millennium who make up the first generation of the thousand-generation believers, will have all received their resurrection bodies by the time the new earth is created. There are two classes of believers on the new earth in the final dispensation: believers with resurrection bodies and believers with natural flesh-and-blood bodies. Both classes of believers will be living alongside each other forever and ever into eternity future.
