THE PLAN OF GOD AND HIS DIVINE OUTLINE OF HISTORY
The Plan of God is God the Father’s grace eternal plan of the ages, set forth in the divine decrees, for the maximum glorification of Jesus Christ.
It involves every single created being, object, situation, thought, experience, and decision that will happen in time including those that could have potentially happened in time. God is omniscient; He knows everything. He knows the end from the beginning and has planned a perfect plan around every potential. Of all the infinite possibilities, God has decreed for one plan to unfold. The Plan of God is the actualization of God’s decreed plan unfolding in history from the Alpha Moment to the Omega Moment, even into eternity future.
History is not a sequence of random chance events, but events that occur within the framework of God’s plan. The framework of God’s plan is laid out in a series of dispensations: stewardships with a unique economy, structure, and purpose. God’s divine outline of history encompasses the panorama of history from God’s viewpoint from eternity past to eternity future. The movement of time is reflected in the progression of the dispensations from one dispensation to the next.
We are currently living in the Dispensation of the Church, specifically the Age of the Local Church. The Dispensation of the Church began on the Day of Pentecost [32 A.D.] roughly two thousand years ago and is now in its final phase, the Age of the Local Church, where stewardship of the earth and the Word of God has been handed to all born-again believers of this present age. . . . During the Dispensation of Israel, Jewish believers had stewardship of the earth and the Word of God (Romans 3:2). During the first phase of the Dispensation of the Church [the Age of the Apostles], the Apostles had stewardship of the earth and the Word of God (1 Corinthians 4:1). During the Age of the Local Church, all born-again believers have stewardship of the earth and the Word of God (1 Peter 4:10). . . . All believers of this present Dispensation of the Church are part of the Church, the Body of Christ [also known as the Royal Family of God] (1 Corinthians 12:13). The Church has been given the privileges of: being custodians of the Holy Scriptures [which is the Bible, the Word of God] (Acts 1:8), spreading the Gospel [the good news of the person and work of Jesus Christ] (Mark 16:15), spreading Bible Doctrine [which is God's teaching from Scripture to guide believers in their faith and in their walk [application] (Matthew 28:18-20), being salt and light [being agents of and preserving moral uprightness, grace, and truth in a lost and dying world] (Matthew 5:13-16), restraining the implementation of the Beast system of the seven year Tribulation [which will gain total tyrannical control over the earth] (Revelation 13:14-18), restraining the actions of Satan to prevent him from bringing his Man of Sin [the Antichrist] onto the world stage (2 Thessalonians 2:6-7), being good stewards of the earth and its natural resources [using divine viewpoint thinking from the wisdom of Bible Doctrine to properly manage and maintain [keeping in order, cleanliness, and sustainability] the earth and its natural resources for the present generation and the generations to come] (1 Peter 4:10).
The Dispensation of the Church is an intercalation period set between the initial and final periods of the Dispensation of Israel—after the Age of the Incarnation but before the Age of Tribulation. When Jesus returns for His Church at the Rapture event to remove them from the earth (1 Corinthians 15:51-57; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-17), the Dispensation of the Church will end, to be followed by a return to the Dispensation of Israel in its next to final phase, the Age of Tribulation, where God's wrath will be poured out on all unbelievers and where He will complete His plan of reconciliation for the nation of Israel before ushering in the final phase of the Dispensation of Israel, the one thousand year Age of Millennial Reign (Daniel 9:27).
In the Age of Millennial Reign, Jesus Christ will establish His Millennial Kingdom on the earth lasting one thousand years (Revelation 20:4) and will rule over it as Lion of the Tribe of Judah (Revelation 5:5). The Age of Millennial Reign will be followed by the destruction of the current heavens and earth (2 Peter 3:10) and creation of the new heavens and earth (2 Peter 3:13). The believing remnant who are still alive at the end of the Age of Millennial Reign will be transported over to the new earth to begin the Dispensation of Christ also known as the Dispensation of the Fullness of Times. These believers will make up the first generation of one thousand generations of believers whose volition is perfectly positive toward Jesus Christ (Psalms 105:8). The volition of these believers will be locked into the positive polarity for the duration of the Dispensation of the Fullness of Times and even into eternity future. Starting with the first generation, these believers entering into the new earth will never again [in any moment of time thereafter] exercise negative volition toward Jesus Christ. These believers will still possess their mortal [flesh and blood] bodies but will live forever due to their eating from the Tree of Life (Genesis 3:22), which is present on the new earth (Revelation 2:7; 22:2, 14). These believers will populate each new generation by natural, biological procreation. Every offspring of these believers will also be believers in Jesus Christ, each being perfectly positive toward Him. Like their parents, the volition of each offspring will also be locked into the positive polarity for the remainder of the thousand generations and even into eternity future.
These thousand-generation believers in their mortal [flesh and blood] bodies will be living alongside other believers in their immortal [resurrection] bodies, which, by that time, include we who are members of the Church [the Body of Christ] and all born-again believers of other Dispensations.
The Dispensation of the Fullness of Times will end when the thousandth generation offspring is born, a point of time marked off by the Omega Moment, after which begins eternity future. At that point, Christ, Who is given stewardship over the perfect, thousand-generation New-Earth Kingdom, hands it over to God the Father, whereupon the thousand-generation New-Earth Kingdom will merge with and be absorbed into the eternal [timeless], universal Kingdom of God and the Trinity [Father, Son, and Holy Spirit] becomes all in all. (Revelation 22:13; 1 Corinthians 15:24-28)
The Dispensation of the Fullness of Times is a period of time when perfect positive volition and everlasting life are realized, represented by one thousand generations of true, consistent worship of Jesus Christ by mortal believers who never die. Each mortal person of the thousand generation will forever [for all duration of time forward] be perfectly positive toward Jesus Christ.
In creating His plan, God factored in every decision that the angels and man would make. God built His plan around every decision. Without overruling individual volition, God's plan will unfold precisely according to His Word [as contained in the Holy Scriptures].
